Salon Booking Policy and Instructions
• Location: We are not affiliated with other Pedi N Nails locations. Please double-check the address before booking to ensure you are booking at the correct location.
.Add-On Services : We do not accept appointments for Nail Removal, Nail Fixes, Eyebrow Waxing, or Regular Polish Changes alone – these add-on services are available for walk-ins only. However, these services can be added to a full-service appointment. If you book a full-service appointment and request to downgrade to one of these add-on services during your visit, you will be charged for the full-service originally booked. If you do not agree to this policy, we reserve the right to refuse service.
• Booking for Two People: If you’re booking for two, please make separate appointments and note that the second one is for a different person. Do not book back-to-back to avoid overlap. Each online booking is for a single appointment only.
. Group bookings for three or more will not be reserved without a deposit. Please call the store to make your deposit; otherwise, we will not hold all three spots for you.
. No-Show and Last-Minute Cancellation Policy: After two no-shows or last-minute cancellations, you will be required to make a deposit for your next appointment.
• Late Arrivals: If you are 10-15 minutes late on a busy day, your appointment may be shortened or canceled to keep us on schedule for other clients.
• Requesting a Specific Nail Tech: If you prefer a specific nail technician, please include their name in the booking notes.
.Children’s Pricing Policy:
. Children 10 years or older – Regular price applies.
. Children under 10 years – Receive a $5 discount off the regular price.
. Children : We have received several complaints from customers who couldn’t fully enjoy their services due to disruptions caused by children running around, crying, or causing things to fall. For the safety and comfort of all, and to maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that children remain quiet and calm during their visit. If you bring children and are unable to keep them calm, we may have to refuse service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
